“earth” shoes with the negative heel for relief from plantar fasciitis pain?

I’ve been dealing with heel pain due to plantar fasciitis and have done all the things suggested by the doctors, no relief. Heard that earth shoes with the negative heel have been worn and have given some pain relief. They are quite expensive and I’d like more information before I buy them.

I picked these up at the store this evening for a pulled muscle in my back. The relief was almost instant! I am wondering how long it is safe to use these? I know that they are not treating the problem, only masking the pain. But I am curious how long I can use them? The box says no more than 3 times daily…but for what duration of time? Any and all advice and experience is welcome. Thanks in advance!
